I’m Tarleena Lehtiniemi, a Finnish language teacher and tutor. I teach Finnish to private students online, or you can choose to complete my online course independently. You can study with me no matter where in the world you live! I also offer Finnish language tuition to companies and other groups online, as well as in-person in the South Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia regions of Finland.
I am a trained teacher of Finnish as a first language and as a second language. I’ve worked as a Finnish language teacher/tutor teaching Finnish for foreigners for about ten years and have diverse experience teaching Finnish to both adults and children.
As a teacher, I am gentle and encouraging. I adapt to the student’s needs and take their wishes into account. In my teaching, I use English, Swedish, Russian, and Arabic as support languages.
